Please note: We do not offer refunds for digital products once the payment is completed and the product has been delivered.

Refunds are only applicable in the following rare case:

• You did not receive the digital product link or access within 24 hours of payment.

In such a case, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your payment proof. If verified, we will either resend the access link or process a refund.

• No exchanges or replacements are applicable for digital products.

• We do not entertain refund requests for accidental purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after access has been granted.
